...my weekend has been quite pleasant so far. ^^

My friend dropped by to stay over and we watched movies and chatted 'til 5 am (I must say the place I live in is gorgeous at 4 am, when you go outside). We played on my DDR mats in the morning ^_^ so basically a pretty fun weekend, even if a bit uneventful. Plus I haven't seen or talked to my friend in like a year and almost as long before that.

Haha... tomorrow I'll be helping my brother paint the basement XD

I'm leaving for basic training for the Army the 14th!


I won't be back for like....a long time...

Aunque claro como los filtros del livejournal son amor pues los que suba con ellos no podréis leerlos, por vagos. Y que desde hoy no voy a censurarme, porque no me da la gana.

Not knowing what your place is in this world. You start to feel really meaningless. Born for no reason. Stuff like that. I have no idea what I'm doing, no idea what I'm going to do. I can do many things but not good enough to actually have it support me. I quit when it gets tough or have such a congested brain that nothing comes out right. Music, drawing, writing, thinking, everything. What the hell am I doing here?

Have done a little friends-cut: if we have never really talked, fallen way out of touch, or just don't have much in common anymore, etc. Please don't take it personally, because I never mean it as a sort of insult. Passive-aggression is not how I roll.

Also, man, what is it with this town. We are built to be pleasing to visitors! Cafes, useless trinket shops, quaint little whatevers. All saccharine smiles and have-a-nice-days. And yet we attract some of the angriest old people I have ever met. Bewildering. I'm getting sick of crotchety octogenarians acting like I'm stupid.

Well, the Sugary Carnival print is STILL sold out. No surprise there. But the Melt Chocolate print went up for public reserve TODAY. My girl told me all her reserve spots were taken, and I've been told that at least 22 people were lined outside one of the stores this morning to make reservations. I doubt I'm going to be able to get my hands on this print either T_T And I really want it! On my brightside (the VERY DIM brigthside), my girl said she'd let me know when the print went on sale to the public. I'm hoping that it makes it to the english site and I'm quick enough to nab it, but somehow I doubt it.
I'm gonna try my best not to let this ruin my day. I'm going to the aquarium with my mom and baby cousin, and plus today is 7-11 Day which means free Slurpees 8D So, today will be a good day. Must be optimistic and think positively.

...Somehow I was sucked into it, and wound up sitting up all night on yahoo/msn with Steffen and Espen, listening to OHR2 xD
Generally, with the exception of the animesongs that they remix, it really isn't my kind of music, and like 7 hours of it is more than what's good for my sanity, but I decided to stick it out. Mostly to catch DjChuChu/David's set. Of course that didn't start until laaate/eeaaarly, so there was much dying in the meantime.
In addition, there was a huge delay ^^;;
I passed out for 15 minutes around six am, with the music playing, tv on and Mira barking away on my phone in a futile attempt by the boys to wake me x'D
After that I went into the stage of sleepiness where you can't even tell you're tired anymore. x'D And poor Steffen passed out on us and MISSED David's set DDD: We tried waking him, but alas .__.
In the end, we chased him off to bed, and Espen stuck around for about an hour longer.

The thing was, it got really epic once they were both gone XD DjCharm apologized for his technical difficulties and dedicated his last song to dj rhytmics. This song happened to be a remix of Caramelldansen XD
And the epicness came with the two djs arguing.
"I hate this song!"
"Not true! Rhytmics listens to this every day!"
*Rhytmics says something in response*
"He does the dance in his sleep!"
"I don't appreciate you watching me sleep Charm!"
...and yeah, it got really juvenile with comments about fat girls and drunkenness XD And it was just epic.
After that they signed off and I passed out for four hours.

I'm dead right now, but I'm gonna force myself to finish cleaning to stay up and then Nii-chan and Chris are coming over. I'm somewhat tempted to stay up for OHR day 2, but that would be crazy <.< Especially since the entire family is coming over for a belated party tomorrow, and I should try to avoid being a zombie <.<

I feel like I remember this song, but I don't. It's weird. The bass line sounds very vaguely familiar. Either way, I love this song, though I don't know if I really like Silkk's style. I feel like I want him to stay with the rhythm, but I guess that's his thing or w/e.

On that note, I sprained my ankle on the stairs while leaving Jenny's apartment last night. Baaah. This just confirms the general greatness of this summer in a very weird way. ONLY I WOULD MISS THE LAST STEP AND SPRAIN MY ANKLE GOING DOWN THE STAIRS.

We watched American Psycho last night. So mentally draining. Hilarious and horrifying all at once yikes.

I'm kinda tired of people bashing Twilight. No, I did not like the series nor the movie that came out in November. However, this "I HATE TWILIGHTZ. EDWARD'S ANNOREXIC!!111onezzz" is probably going to make the series even MORE popular than it is already. C'mon people, get over it. It's a teen book. It's directed for teens. It's not going to be epic or fantastic. Most teen books aren't even great as it is. |: sry2say, but stfu already.

It's so fucking cold and windy. For some reason I thought it'd be a good idea to take Phoenix out the back for photos. That lasted about five minutes. I got some photos though! :D

I want hot food to make itself, and for Saturday tv to be more interesting. I could just get up and put a dvd on, but that sounds too hard.
I'd also love one of the three dolls I'm waiting on to ship. That'd be awesome, and would stop me from refreshing order statuses five times a day.
